If your order arrives damaged, warm, worryingly late, or just isn’t the best barbecue we’ve ever shipped you — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right: a replacement on the next smoke, or a refund. Photos of the box and contents help us fix it for the next customer too.

Perishables

Meat can't come back.

Smoked meat is perishable, so we can’t accept it back — food safety law and common sense agree. That’s why the guarantee works on evidence, not returns: you keep (or discard) the box either way.

Sauces & Shelf-Stable

30 days, unopened.

Unopened sauces and other shelf-stable items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid label; refunds land on your original payment method once the return arrives.

Cancellations

The cutoff decides.
