Smoked meat is perishable. Someone should get the box to refrigeration the day it arrives; our shipping guide covers timing and reheating. If something goes wrong in transit, our Return Policy — including the Pit-Perfect Guarantee — is the remedy, and it’s a good one.
Accounts are optional (guest checkout always works). You’re responsible for keeping your password to yourself; we protect sign-in with industry-standard measures and will never email asking for your password. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including shipping and applicable sales tax.
The Reggie’s BBQ name, pig mark, photos, and site content belong to us — enjoy the site, don’t reuse the brand without permission.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order tops out at what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and won’t let us take away.
